Very friendly people. I cant say more because it was a flying visit.

Just relaxed and friendly. We were very comfortable there and it was just such good value

Would have preferred to have ensuite but what can you expect for the money?

Its handy, central location was a plus.

Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Clean, nicely decorated room with the most comfortable mattress I can remember at a hotel or B&B. Gourmet breakfast. Welcoming to people of all stripes.

Newly refurbished room was very comfortable.

The bathroom was a nightmare. I could hear everything from the neighbors, distracting. Plus, there was a rusty soap dish and poor cleanliness throughout the room. It was like attention to detail was completely lacking.

Our room was en suite with a fairly clean bathroom and a superb breakfast. The lounge area served plenty of meals for breakfast. The setting of hotel was magnificent, really close to the center of town. Really helpful and pleasant staff did a great job.

The hotel is excellent the food good and home made you are made to feel welcome when you walk through the door. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the breakfast is as good as a hotel breakfast

I was overwhelmed by the welcome we received at the Ty Rosa! As soon as we walked in we were offered drinks and had a chat with a map about where we were and where was best to go, we had our own space, the decor was original and quirky, comfortable and clean, could instantly tell it was also a well loved home! And we felt welcomed into a home, with a wonderful breakfast and open fire in the morning to beat any restaurant this was a great boutique experience! Highly recommended to anyone who wants a luxurious quirky and cosy stay you will be well looked after! Thankyou!!!

I enjoyed my stay, as the place was super clean and the owners were cute. You can easily stroll to Mermaid Quay in about 20 minutes and Ianto's Shrine in less than 15 , made my walks even better.

I was impressed by the warm welcome. The owners were friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The rooms were well equipped with nice extra touches. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed my full english breakfast, and my wife enjoyed a delicious, gluten-free, eggs benedict. Good value for money.

Room was pleasant. The breakfast was superb. We were given very good directions on arriving,map etc nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed in the annexe which was ok,but if I stayed again it would have to be a room with an en-suite.We went with another couple who's room stank of smoke & although Paul said he would get it cleaned which he did,it was better but you could still smell the smoke,it did say all rooms non smoking!

Having to share a bathroom. No decaf coffee in rooms but im sure if I had asked it would have been provided.
